As Chief Markets Officer, Matt has overall leadership accountability for global sales, marketing and product development. He is responsible for defining the Global Markets Strategy for RICS, evolving our business plan priorities through market intelligence, leading our marketing and digital marketing strategies and ensuring we have a strong, externally-oriented regional market focus, responding with agility as market needs or opportunities arise.
Liz heads up RICS global brand and communications. Taking a digital first approach to strategic communications she is responsible for RICS speaking with clarity and authority, creating brand advocates and ensuring that professionals and stakeholders feel RICS is relevant, trusted and delivers confidence whether that’s on sustainability, professionalism, diversity and inspiring the next generation or building back better.
Richard is responsible for ensuring that the public and markets have trust and confidence in the profession through the application of rigorous entry requirements, relevant professional standards, effective assurance and accessible consumer redress. He is responsible for ensuring that RICS works in the public interest; that its standards remain relevant for the future; and that RICS and its members play a positive role in meeting the challenges facing the natural and built environments.
