Overview

In the past valuers have looked at historical data in times of political and global uncertainty. This time is no different with an energy cost crisis, supply chain issues, rising interest ratesand fears of recession lurking, the industry is starting to prepare for a prolonged downturn as we see signs of a perfect storm.

2023 will be a demanding year for many working in valuation, as the industry tries to balance growing risk with emerging trends to be fit for purpose. Explore what impact the economic climate will have on the sectors and how they will adapt to value assets and as we discuss:
