Our 2022 conference will explore the theme of “home” delving into impacts and trends in the UK residential sector. This has become increasingly important as changing priorities and changing needs have continued to shape demand in the residential property market.

As the sector moves on from the COVID-19 pandemic, we will explore how professionals will adapt and the role we play, addressing key questions of where the investment will come from, whilst we continue to ensure building quality is a top priority to secure a safer future.

Learning outcomes

Throughout the day, the conference will focus on:

  • What is the view on Build to Rent, Shared Ownership, Social Rent & Affordable Rent?
  • What are the priorities for consumers now – outside space, a home office, or a more rural or suburban home?
  • Where is the new opportunity towns or cities as we move forward?
  • How can data and technology change the way residential investment is deployed?
  • How can we use technology and artificial intelligence to appraise Residential Development opportunities and what are the benefits?

The contents are very useful to me in particular the Japanese knotweed, the future on housing sector and most of all ESG and sustainability which is the one area I have always wanted to learn more
