Frequently Asked Questions

  • We know everything still feels a bit uncertain at the moment; in many parts of the world, international travel corridors show no signs of reopening. But we want this event to be truly global and truly accessible to anyone who wishes to attend.

That’s why we are offering you the chance to buy an online ticket now and upgrade to in-person access at any subsequent point, for whatever the ticket would have cost you at the time of the original purchase*. That means you can buy an online access ticket now and decide to upgrade in January.

And, if travel corridors in your part of the world do not reopen, simply join us with your digital pass – and enjoy full access to the “best in class” content delivered by our #ExpertsInConversation for a full six months.

*Upgrades subject to availability – this offer will end once we reach venue capacity.

If you have already bought an in-person event ticket and travelling is no longer an option, contact us and we will review your case to help you find the best solution possible.
