The built environment accounts for nearly a quarter of total global greenhouse gas emissions. Extreme weather events linked to climate change are occuring with ever greater frequency; often it is the poorest societies that pay the heaviest price. Meaningful, workable action on climate change depends on our participation.
A more equitable future is within reach. First, we must harness the enormous potential of the 21st century’s people, places and spaces. #WBEF
