The Agile methodology can be a powerful tool for construction projects. Its focus on addressing the core elements of time, cost and quality at the earliest stages, while managing contingencies in a collaborative approach with business priorities, provides you with the core principles to deliver successful projects in a flexible, and of course, agile manner.

During the course you will learn how the product owner is responsible for the business aspects of the project, ensuring that the right products are being built in the right order. This will ensure that you are able to balance competing priorities, are available to your team, and empowered to make key decisions about the products that are essential to the built environment.

Who is this course for?

Suitable for construction professionals such as quantity surveyors and cost engineers looking to develop their technical project management against the AgilePM framework, to gain a clear, concise and detailed perspective on project productivity. The AgilePM certification is useful to all candidates and competency levels ranging from highly experienced project managers to those new to the industry.
