Purpose of the DEI Panel

The DEI Panel is a new panel being established following the recommendations in the Bichard RICS Review Report, published in June 2022.

The main purpose of the DEI Panel will be to provide advice to Governing Council, RICS Board, Standards and Regulation Board (SRB) and other RICS governance bodies on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and support the development and implementation of the DEI strategy for RICS, developing objectives, providing recommendations and monitoring progress.

Panel Chair

We are now looking for a qualified RICS member with substantial experience at Board/Committee level with chairing skills and knowledge, experience and insight relating to DEI to join our DEI Panel as non-executive Chair.
