The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They recognise outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.
We invite individuals, teams and organisations to nominate their achievements, professionalism and ethics to the world stage and showcase the best of the built environment from across the Americas region.
All shortlisted nominations will be promoted across the Americas region and winners will be showcased as the top performers via the extensive RICS network and wider platforms.

Construction Award |
Celebrating excellence in quantity surveying, this award recognises companies, teams or consortia engaged in outstanding quantity surveying work in 2022. This includes but is not limited to cost planning and control, cost management and commercial management.

Facilities Management/ Corporate Real Estate Award |
Awarded to a company, team or consortia responsible for outstanding tenant relationship management, financial management and asset management throughout 2022. |
Valuation Award |
The Valuation award recognises a company, team or consortia providing excellence in valuation services throughout 2022 which uphold international standards and give confidence to end-users for their objectivity, independence, and reliability on both commercial and/or residential projects

Emerging Achiever of the Year |
The future of our profession rests on the shoulders of emerging professionals. The Emerging Achiever Award acknowledges one outstanding individual who has achieved excellence in their field. The individual selected will embody the highest standards of professionalism, be a role-model for their peers and be capable of making an outstanding contribution to the profession in the course of their future career. In addition to the above, the individual must have been born on or after the 1 January 1987 (i.e., be aged 35 or under during the 2022 calendar year) to be eligible. |

Environmental Impact Award |
This category recognises projects where innovation, design or construction techniques have been utilised to address environmental challenges and improve sustainability. |
The judging panel will consider nominations against the following criteria, weighted based on the category of the award.
