Readmission to RICS

To apply for readmission to RICS, please complete the readmission application form based on your membership status, along with any additional information that is required.

  • Candidate

Professional Member

Please ensure that you download the correct form before completing.

This form is for professionals only (FRICS, MRICS and AssocRICS).

You will also need to send the following documents:

  • A letter from the professional who has signed the proposer’s declaration (please see section 2 within the form) giving reasons for their support and that they are aware of the reason(s) for your lapse of membership
  • Confirmation of reasons for lapse of membership and your employment details since that date.


Please ensure that you complete and return all sections of the form, including the signed declaration in Section 5.

Email it to readmissions@rics.org 

Once we receive the above, a member of the Membership Support team will be in contact with you to advise of the next steps. Please be aware that all readmission applications are referred to RICS Regulation, and we anticipate that your readmission of membership to take between 4-6 weeks, however, your readmission may take longer if further investigation is necessary.

Candidate

Please ensure that you download the correct form before completing.

This form is for candidates only (APC, Associate Candidate and APC Prelim).

Please ensure that you complete and return all sections of the form, including the signed declaration in Section 5.

Once you have completed your readmission application form, please email this through to readmissions@rics.org

Once we receive the above, a member of the Membership Support team will be in contact with you to advise of the next steps. Please be aware that all readmission applications are referred to RICS Regulation, and we anticipate that your readmission of candidate membership to take between 4-6 weeks, however, your readmission may take longer if further investigation is necessary.
